Chat using Tags in Microsft Teams
Sometimes you want to talk with a group of people within one of your Microsoft Teams . You find the channel that is on-topic and at-mention the channel name, hoping the right people will be notified. But You can't rely on your team members to set notifications on channels in Teams.
Try using Tags in Microsoft Teams. Team owners can group people together. At-mention the tag name and all members of the tag will get a notification. I've found it to be an effective way to group subject matter experts, roles, or people delivering specific work streams in a project.
