M365May - “What can Activity Based Working teach us about Microsoft Teams adoption?”

Working in Microsoft Teams has a lot in common with activity based working. Members of project teams gather and work together in either physical or virtual locations. Members are in frequent contact, maintaining an awareness of what everyone is working on.

This M365May session compares the similarities and differences, strengths and weaknesses of Activity Based Working and working from Microsoft Teams. The session will draw conclusions that will give your Teams adoption programme a better understanding of how to align with teamwork.

M365 May is Australasia’s largest online Microsoft 365 conference, running almost the full month of May.

M365 May originally began life as M365 Saturday in Melbourne (and before that, Office 365 Saturday) , however due to COVID-19 and like all other in-person events, the format of the event needed to change.

We decided instead of just being a virtual event run on a Saturday, to instead spread it across the entire month – giving us the opportunity to showcase more amazing sessions and presenters, as well as increasing it to be a unified and national event for Australia and New Zealand, showcasing local ideas and innovation.

In addition to speaking at the event, I took on the challenge to produce and publish the video recordings for every session and panel. Find other sessions, panels and workshops from M365 May at M365May.com and in the M365 May 2020 playlist on the REgarding 365 YouTube channel.
