Microsoft 365 Live Events - Early morning systems check before #SPSJHB

I'm staying with Alistair Pugin and friends to speak at SharePoint Saturday Johannesburg. My topic, Accessible and authentic employee engagement with Microsoft 365. My presentation contains a demo of running a live event from a Yammer page. The goal here is to enable a CEO to run a live Q&A as part of their monthly progress report for the whole company. Live events leave no room for editing and plenty of room for near realtime engagement with employees and attendees. The CEO should use a presentation style that is less rehearsed and more conversational, as if they were presenting to a room full of people. In some cases they are, in addition to the online audience.I woke early to run through my set up. I am in the role of producer for the live event. It's my job to create the scenes from the different sources and send them to the live audience. I'll make some time during the 365 Tour South Africa to record and film my set up in more detail. Hey, while I have Alistair, Tracy van der Schyff, Heather Newman and Jethro Seghers, I should get them to help me role play it. But for now, here's my rough systems check, live streamed early on the morning of SPSJHB.https://youtu.be/V2hjC02jelI
